We offer several internship tracks (based on availability). Each track is a tailored, 2-to-9 month experience focusing on one particular area of ministry specialization. This approach offers something for every personality and gift set.
Evangelism. Gain understanding and practical skills in evangelistic and apologetics for interacting with Latter-day Saints.
Discipleship. Help former Latter-day Saints find a new spiritual home in a relationship with Jesus Christ and in a local church.
Church Equipping. Work with regional churches to introduce them to and train them in resources for evangelism and discipleship in the LDS context.
Church Planting. Serve on the ground floor of launchingĀ a new congregation strategically focused on reaching Utah’s unique religious culture.
Polygamy. Serve in community-building activities that pave the way for sharing the gospel among polygamous Mormon spin-off groups.
Youth Ministry. Disciple and evangelize teens, with an emphasis on the challenges teens face living within the dominant Mormon culture.
Young Adult Ministry. Disciple and evangelize college students, military personnel, and working young adults, with a focus on important life transitions in relation to the pressures of the Mormon culture.
Discipleship Resources. Develop and test evangelism and discipleship curriculum and other resources to equip Christians and churches to make disciples in the Utah context.
Custom. Draw on elements from 2 or more of the tracks above to create an optimum growth experience. Every internship of 3 months or less will be customized in this way.
