Transitions Conference

Come out June 26-27 for this great, free conference about navigating the journey from Mormonism to a new kind of relationship with Jesus!

At Southeast Christian Church, 1881 East Vine Street, Salt Lake City.

Friday evening, June 26

The conference kicks off at 7:00 p.m. with music from Adam’s Road. The members of Adam’s Road were at one time LDS missionaries who have all come to saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Adam’s Road is a Christian, non-profit testimony and musical ministry based in Winter Garden, Florida. Formed in 2006, they have ministered across the nation in over 35 states-on the road over four months annually – preaching salvation through Jesus Christ alone; by His grace, through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Saturday morning, June 27

The conference resumes 9:00 a.m. with keynote speakers Michael and Lynn Wilder. Lynn is a former professor at Brigham Young University, and is the author of Unveiling Grace.

Pastor Ross Anderson of Alpine Church will speak next and address the challenge of rebuilding relationships for those in transition out of Mormonism.

Jerad Wallace, Utah Transitions Director, will talk about using the Transitions curriculum in churches as an important tool in ministry.

The final session will be question and answer period involving all the presenters.

Attendance is free. Offerings will be taken for Adam’s Road and for conference expenses. You can download a copy of the conference promotional flyer here. I hope to see you there.
